Returns + Exchanges
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending our usual exchange policy.
We are currently not accepting any exchanges, to protect the health and safety of our staff, postal workers and back-end teams.
We will put up a notice once we reenact our regular exchange policy, which can be found below.
14 days exchange policy only, on regular priced items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship back any item(s) needing to be exchanged, at their cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn + unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
To return your product, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Return Request".
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
